Hello, I am Annette Woodle, the Executive Director of Regional Communities Services Center(RCSC) formerly Richmond Community Support Center (RCSC), and I welcome you to our site.
Just a little about me,
I have worked in Workforce Development for 25 years, I started in 1998 as a Case Manager in the WIA (Workforce Investment Act) program. After working 8 years in various positions, I became the local area monitor for Alamance, Moore and Randolph Counties, overseeing policies and procedure under Regional Partnership Workforce Development Board in 2006. During that time, I gained knowledge and experience that afforded me the opportunity to continue to grow and move forward.
In 2013, I was hired by the Department of Commerce as a State Monitor with the new WIOA (Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act) program to ensure that all policies and procedures were adhered to in the State of NC. Both of these programs assisted with providing education and training assistance.
In 2015, I returned to my first love helping people as the Program Director for Richmond Community Support Center and being in the trenches providing that hands on assistance.
In 2017, I became the Executive Director of the agency, continuing to work in WIOA and being selected as a contractor for Pre-Employment Transition Services, a Vocational Rehabilitation funded program which provides services to school age students 14-21 with disabilities.
We have been blessed over the last 6 years to expand to serving 10 counties and therefore, the need for a name change, and we are now Regional Communities Services Center, located in Rockingham NC and serving Anson, Davidson, Davie, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond, Scotland and Yadkin Counties. We are continuously looking to expand and we hope to serve more and more schools and students as we continue to grow.
Please check out our Home page and if you feel our services could benefit your student or your local school please contact us.
Best regards,
Annette Woodle,
Executive Director
